Rishi Sharma (Bhasker Patel) is about to turn Jai’s (Chris Bisson) life upside down in Emmerdale, as a massive secret completely changes everything.
It’s a proposal from Laurel (Charlotte Bellamy) that kicks this storyline off. After Jai happily says yes, he realises that he needs to find his divorce certificates, so he makes his way over to Rishi’s house.
He searches through boxes and boxes and then comes across what he’s looking for, and then he spots another document.
As he understandably struggles in the aftermath, Jai’s emotions are all over the place and in this new video, we establish that Rishi hasn’t been the only person keeping Jai in the dark.
Popping by to see Manpreet (Rebecca Sarker), who he used to be married to, Rishi reveals that Jai has ‘found out’, and the look on Manpreet’s face suggests that she knows exactly what Rishi is talking about.
‘What hurts him more is that Rishi continues to hide further information’, Chris Bisson told us.
