Living the dream (Picture: @sammie.n.maddie/ CATERS NEWS)
Meet Sheila Odden, the Barbie fan who’s spent an eye-watering £34,200 on her three dogs, Minnie, Maddie, and Sammie.
Sheila, 47, from Phoenix, Arizona, USA, has dedicated half of her king-sized bed to her little pals, and has bought them a whopping 6,000 outfits.
‘Sammie, Maddie, and Minnie look so cute when they are dressed up,’ said Sheila.
‘They know they look cute because they will prance and dance around – almost as if they know.
‘The dog fashion industry has grown so much. We always have to have the latest styles and rarely ever wear the same thing twice.’
Sheila, a project manager, said she and her pups are ‘so excited for the new Barbie film’, and plan to have a pink Barbie viewing party with their pals where everyone will dress up in their favourite pink ‘fits.

The trio of Yorkshire terriers are already living their best Barbie life, with 6,000 outfits between them all stored in a walk-in wardrobe inside a room completely dedicated to the dogs.
Sheila said: ‘They have their own little couch and about six little dog beds, including a teepee.

‘They have two cars – a little pink convertible car – and they also have a pink remote control ride-on jeep. They love going for rides in their jeep, which has a full working radio with Bluetooth, working lights and blinkers, and even a horn.
‘They have two strollers, six car seats, 13 carriers, four of their own dog pool floats, and five poolside lounge chairs.
‘They also have a lot of designer items in their closet – including Tiffany & Co. charm necklaces, LV handbags, crystal bracelet cuffs, hats, and sunglasses, along with a bunch of designer-inspired clothes, accessories, and squeaky toys.

‘They are on a raw diet, and they eat Primal Freeze-dried raw.
‘Their favourite dog treats are green juju freeze-dried raw bites, and they also love fruits and veggies.
‘Their favourite snack is a Puppuccino. I put whipped cream on my coffee, and I’ll ask them if they want some ‘coffee’ and they immediately come running – they also love going to Starbucks with me and getting their own Puppuccino.’
