Let us introduce you to the O-Method, manifesting through the power of orgasm

There are few feelings more powerful than a toe-curling, body-shaking, mind-blowing orgasm, right?

Maybe that explains why people on TikTok seem to believe that said power can be harnessed to turn your wildest dreams into reality. 

The #OMethod tag on the app currently has more than 41 million views and features videos of people telling their followers to give the method a go. 

Mostly, they’re manifesting a specific person or situation pertaining to love, but the method can be used to manifest anything from a new job to a life of luxury. Apparently. 

Sarah Perl, also known as Hot High Priestess – one of TikTok’s biggest spirituality creators – explained The O Method in a video. 

Essentially, whether you’re getting it on with someone else or having a solo session, you should use your orgasm to help you manifest. 

When you orgasm, envision whatever it is that you want as if you already have it. 

After you do this, she says, ‘it is yours’.

Sounds simple enough… but what does sex have to do with manifestation, we hear you ask? 

‘At the very peak, you will be vibrating at a very high level,’ Perl suggests.

‘This vibrational frequency is very hard to tap into, but you access it when you do this thing [orgasm].

‘This energy is so f*cking powerful. It creates life. 

‘The womb is your creation centre, so when you tap into this you are literally opening up a portal in the f*cking universe to create your manifestation.’

I mean, when you put it like that…

Now obviously we know this all sounds a bit wishy washy, but manifestation is all the rage right now, and TikTok is never short on new ‘techniques’ for achieving your dream life.

As Simon Alexander Ong, life coach and author of Energize, told Metro.co.uk last year: ‘Understanding what success means for us and getting clarity on what that feels like is the beginning of the manifestation process.

‘It’s all about energy. When you give your mind instructions on what you desire and back that up with an elevated energetic state, disciplined consistency and actions, anything becomes possible.’

But, obviously, it’s not all mood boards and orgasms, you need to act on your desires if you want any of them to come true.

‘A common misconception of manifestation is that you simply ask out loud for something and it arrives the next day,’ explained Victoria Jackson, mindset coach and author of Manifesting For Beginners. 

‘But life isn’t Amazon Prime. ‘If it was as easy as that we’d all have everything we’ve ever asked for.

‘Manifestation is consciously choosing what you’d like to attract into your life and understanding how to take aligned action towards achieving those goals.’

So can an orgasm really make your dreams come true? TBH, we’re sceptical.

But if you can harness that sexual pleasure and use it to motivate you to take the steps necessary to get where you want to be, why the hell not?
