The Guardian reports Justice Secretary Dominic Raab was fighting for his political life on Thursday as the prime minister pored over a “stinging” report into bullying allegations that will decide his future.

The paper say alleged victims fear the lack of decision on Thursday means Mr Raab may keep his job.
